Residential plots

The allocation of residential building plots in the municipality of Spiesen-Elversberg, is carried out in accordance with the "Guidelines for the allocation of municipal residential building plots with a fixed sales price for own use".

The municipal council adopted a new guideline for the allocation of building land on 23.03.2018. This guideline ensures a transparent and uniform award procedure, so that every applicant / every applicant receives the same opportunities.

If you are interested in a building plot, simply enter your name in the list below without obligation and send it to the municipal administration. As soon as a housing plot is advertised, you will automatically be sent the application forms.
